Boundary Street was founded in 2022, initially performing real estate advisory services for friends and family clients in New York. While a brokerage agent can help with many steps of the transaction process, our clients found that a more in-depth range of service offerings were necessary during the acquisition process. Starting with single-family properties, we assisted individual clients who were too busy to manage the day-to-day process of locating and purchasing a home. We provided detailed research on their market, helping them understand their priorities and goals, and worked directly with brokers to help the process run smoothly and transparently. During and after the acquisition process, we have assisted with planning and managing renovations, overseeing projects, as well as advising on positioning and pricing for rental properties. In 2023, we completed our first investment property advisory project, and consulted on the full process of a large 1031 exchange investment property.

Many of our clients are individuals who seek to keep their assets in the family and pass them down to future generations. This is not something that an agent can or will be focusing on. At Boundary Street, we are unconcerned with how quickly you purchase a home, instead concentrating on finding our clients the right assets at the right price. Unbound by the innate conflict of interest of the commission-based compensation that agents receive, Boundary Street is able to provide clients with truly honest and transparent advice, ensuring that their assets are purchased at the right value, impeccably maintained, and protected for generations to come.
